  We were unlucky enough to have dined at The Wharf on Thursday night to celebrate 3 birthdays. Front of house staff were a joke. Incompetent, pushy and rude. First off we were brought the wrong beer 3 times and then overcharged for it. Each time seemed like we were bothering this waitress. Secondly a friend had ordered two entrees to come out as a main (pretty basic request). Obliviously to much to for the this idiot to handle. When questioned about it we were ignored! Thirdly you guys straight out forgot one of the mains then tried to blame us when we asked about it. I had to share my overpriced Squid. No apologies. no manager sent over. Nothing. Asked for a corona at the bar n really seemed like i was bothering this guy. No offer of lime etc. Felt rude if i asked so just left it. What a total mess. Kinda ruined the night. Never going back and will certainly do my best to steer people away from you.

  The venue is great and the views are just as good. My wife and I went there for a sunset dinner. The food was delicious. HOWEVER the one thing that let the place down was the poor service. The place was very very busy and they didn't seem to have enough staff on.
  We felt like we had been forgotten. Otherwise Fantastic.

  Meal was very late . They forgot us No offer of some compensation. Eg free drinks we ordered
